Hi People,

This coming Sunday 2nd March ...working bee from 10:00am till finished or individually when u want to go ...

Thanks to all those who went to the big clean up working bee on the 16th.

I understand only the usual few and even less attended. But they did a good job. I took home a couple of rubbish bags full but left the lead bearing(?) nails in the bucket as they were too heavy for the plastic bags.

This Sunday's working bee is by and large the `main yearly one'. We have other working bees thru out the year nowadays.

I didn't go to the 16th coz I was packing to go to LV.

Bruce had big bore business, and for some reason all the non believers suddenly were converted just for that day.

The official start of the season is on the 4th March at 7:00pm. Unfortunately it gets very hot and humid in the range so just be warned for that. If u are really keen bring a towel. A personal fan would be handy.

March will be the settling down to the season month. Getting things sorted. We have the new jackets and slings ordered last year. It is your choice if u want to brave the heat and come along on the 4th March. U can opt to start later on in the Month. The official grading counting scores for TSNZ start in the 1st week of April.

The Open Day for the club is on Sunday the 9th March starting at 10:00am. This day is for all those beginners who started late last year and for this year starters.

The info in the Western Leader on the 3rd or 4th March might generate some interest as well....
